Dinner table of ryokan is basically consisted of Japanese cuisine course menu. Fresh seasonal local materials are exquisitely cooked and beautifully arranged on fine plates and other containers.
Dishes are served by the room maid, one after another in order.
One of the pair of chopsticks (A) should be stacked between the lower part of the thumb and the first joint of the middle finger. Then, the other stick (B) should be folded like a pen. The tips of A and B should touch. While (A) remains unmovable and try to pick up things controlling (B). It is not recommendable to prick things by single chopstick.
